The cutting of the ribbon ceremony was led by Pak Caleb Natanielliem and YSKB Head Pak Lianggono Tejo Bunarto. A short inspirational talk and prayer was graced by Pak Caleb emphasizing on its purpose: that Hope Centre will be an avenue to spread God's love and hope to the community through varied services of YSKB's five pillars which are: Compassion, Social, Education, Health & Empowerment and a place where relationships will grow. It was followed by a short ceremony of blowing of the "Tumpeng's Candle" and was shared to everyone.
Around ninety-five (95) of one hundred and fifty (150) registered students from Preschool to Grade 8 who lives in the community and nearby areas and a number of parents gladly participated in the launching and celebration. Thirteen (13) of the (24) registered volunteer teachers conducted games to their assigned classes as part of the celebration. As a form of appreciation to students' effort in coming to learn at FACE, all students were entitled with coupons based on the number of their attendance for this year and were redeemed with school items. The program ended with the Awarding of the winners, perfect attendance certificate and distribution of lunch.
